Hybrid Glass Ride only uses stitched glass, as opposed to woven glass. Stitched glass is flatter, consistent, and therefore stronger with no gaps or stretching as can be found in woven glass. Hybrid Glass is a combination of Triaxial glass on the base running at 90°, 45°, and -45° and Biaxial glass on the top at angles 90° and 0°, This combination leads to balanced torsion and stiffness for better response with speed.
