Shopping here at The Snowboard Shop is easy, Secure and always great value.
Items ordered online here at The Snowboard Shop are dispatched with 24 hours (whilst stocks last), except at the weekend when orders will be shipped on Tuesday (we are closed on Monday).
At present we ONLY DELIVER TO THE UK MAINLAND from orders taken throughour Website. If you live anywhere other than the UK mainland we may still be ableto deliver -

Delivery options are as follows to the UK Mainland*:
We use Royal Mail or Courier (UPS) depending on which delivery option you choose:
* Standard Delivery: 3-4 Working Days - £3.95
* Express Delivery: 1-2 Working Days - £5.95
* For purchases totalling over £100 Delivery standard is free!!
Items sent via the Royal Mail will be sent either First Class Recorded (Standard Delivery) or Special Delivery (Express Delivery).
Items sent through UPS are sent on a 24 hours tracked service
*There may be additional shipping costs if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and any other off-shore UK Island/location (Including BFPO) - Please call +44 (0)1252 612223 for details.
Returns
Please E-mail info@thesnowboardshop.co.uk to request a returns number BEFORE you return your item as we are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURNS NUMBER.
We expect you to be totally happy with your purchases from The Snowboard Shop. If You buy an item and it is damaged, or doesn't fit then please call us on +44 (0)1252 612223 and we will either return your money or issue a replacement item. You can return your item for a refund or exchange if it is sent back to us within 14 days and in the same condition it was received in (i.e new condition and with the original packaging, labelling and tags attached). Please also include your original receipt.
Returned items that are faulty are entitled to a full reimbursement including postage costs. Items that are returned because they do not fit or are no longer wanted are not entitled to a postage refund.
Sale Items
You have the right to cancel your order up to a maximum of 7 days from the day after you receive your order. You must notify us of this intent in writing by contacting us at: The Snowboard Shop, 26- 28 Reading Road South, Fleet, Hampshire, GU52 7QL or email: info@thesnowboardshop.co.uk.
Any return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and our original packing and shipping costs to you will be deducted from your refund (typically £6.50).
Items Purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt for a credit note at the Managers discretion.
