Shopping here at The Snowboard Shop is Easy, Secure and always great value.

Items ordered online here at The Snowboard Shop are dispatched with 24 hours (whilst stocks last), except at the weekend when when orders will be shipped on Tuesday (we are closed on Monday)

At present we ONLY DELIVER TO THE UK MAINLAND from orders taken through the Website. If you live anywhere other than the UK mainland we may still be able to deliver -

Delivery options are as follows to the UK Mainland*:

We use Royal Mail or Courier depending on which delivery option you choose:

• Standard Delivery: 3-4 Working Days - £2.95
• Express Delivery: 1-2 Working Days - £4.95
• For purchases totalling over £100 Delivery is free!!

We send items purchased through the site using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Fastway couriers or DHL. Items sent via the Royal Mail will be sent either First Class Recorded or Special Delivery. Items sent through Parcelforce, DHL or Fastway are sent on a 48 hours tracked service.

If you require any other delivery service then please let us know (additional cost may apply)

Returns

We expect you to be totally happy with your purchases from The Snowboard Shop. If you buy an item and it is damaged, or doesn't fit then please call us on +44 (0)1252 612223 and we will either return your money or issue a replacement item. You can return your item for a refund or exchange if it is sent back to us within within 14 days and in the same condition it was received in (i.e new condition and with the original packaging, labeling and tags attached). Please also include your original receipt. Returned items that are faulty are entitled to a full reimbursement including postage costs. Items that are returned because they do not fit or are no longer wanted are not entitled to a postage refund.
