Burton Cartel X Re:Flex Bindings are a slightly stiffer (more responsive) version of the standard Burton Cartel Re:Flex bindings which are our best selling bindings by a long margin. They are super comfortable and supportive and can be adjusted with ease to fit your boot perfectly. With a 45% Short-Glass/Nylon Composite baseplate, they offer a medium-firm response so they're great for more advanced riders. The Supergrip Capstrap hugs your boot just right and keeps you snug all day on the hill without crushing your toes and the Smooth Glide ratchets are super easy to crank up and adjust. On top of all this they feature the Re:Flex which increases board flex for a more natural feel when shredding. 

The Burton Cartel comes in two different versions, this is Cartel X version which is slightly stiffer & more responsive than the standard Cartel Re:Flex binding. Both of these fit on the vast majority of snowboards on the market including snowboards with a regular four hole insert pattern and Burton Snowboards which have 'The Channel'.

UK Orders:

All items ordered online with us here at The Snowboard Shop are dispatched within 24 hours (except for orders placed on a Saturday which will be dispatched on the Monday).

Delivery options are as follows to the UK Mainland:

We use Royal Mail or a Courier (Parcelforce / APC) depending on which delivery option you choose:

• Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) - FREE (over £75.00)
• Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days) - £5.95

We do charge slightly more for deliveries including a Snowboard, SUP or Electric Skateboard due to the costs of shipping parcels of this size.

• Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) - FREE
• Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days) - £7.95

For all purchases totalling over £75.00 standard UK Mainland delivery is FREE and you'll be given the option to upgrade to Express if you'd rather when you checkout.

Items will be sent via the Royal Mail on a 'Signed For' service (Standard Delivery). Express deliveries will be sent with APC, Parcelforce or UPS. Once the item(s) have been dispatched you will receive a tracking number through Royal Mail, Parcelforce or UPS.

We offer FREE Standard UK Mainland delivery on all orders (£75.00 and over), and then the option to upgrade to Express Delivery (1-2 Days) if required.

UK Non-Mainland

We can still ship to you if you UK Non-Mainland (i.e. Northern Ireland / Isle of Wight etc). Please call us or email us if the shipping costs are not clear. (Northern Ireland and UK Highlands & Islands have their own shipping drop-down when you check out). 

If you are in Scotland and unsure if your postcode comes under Highlands & Islands, please take a look at the following postcodes which are all classed as Highlands & Islands: AB31, AB33-38, AB44-45, AB52-56 / FK17-21 / HS1-9 / IV1-56, IV99 / KA27-28 / KW1-17 / PA20-88 / PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50 / ZE1-3

International Orders

We have currently turned off shipping orders to outside of the UK, due to the infuriating Paperwork, VAT and Duties payable since Brexit! If you are not based in the UK but have seen an item(s) on our website that you'd like to purchase then please get in contact with us and will try arrange a shipment over to you.

Brexit - Shipments from the UK to EU countries will now attract VAT charges and potentially duties & customs fees payable upon entering the EU. These fees are payable by the recipient.

We use a combination of UPS and Parcelforce for International shipping. 

Please Note: We are unable to ship any items to a 'Freight Forwarding' company.

Returns

Please request a returns number BEFORE you return your item by either logging into your account online and requesting under "My Order History" or e-mail info@thesnowboardshop.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURNS NUMBER.

We expect you to be totally happy with your purchases from The Snowboard Shop. If you buy an item and it is damaged, doesn't fit or if you have simply changed your mind then please email us within 14 days of receiving your purchase and we will exchange, issue a credit or refund you (please state your preference when you email for a returns number). All returned items must be returned in the original packaging with labelling and tags attached. Please also include your original receipt.

Returned items that are faulty are entitled to a full reimbursement including postage costs. Items that are returned because they do not fit or are no longer wanted are not entitled to a postage refund.

Items Purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt at the Managers discretion.
