The PXV was a brand spanking new goggle range by Dragon for the 2019 season, they sold out very quickly and we expect another strong year with the PXV goggles in 2020.
Dragon have made this goggle specifically to enhance all visual sights of your epic surroundings in the mountains, the new 'Panotech' 220° lens shape increases your peripheral vision with its unique base curvature to the lens. You probably wouldn't get a TV that isn't widescreen nowadays... so why compromise with your goggles buying inferior narrow view lenses. Get a Panotech lens and make new tracks where you wouldn't of been able to see them before.
Dragon's PXV goggles also feature 'LUMALENS® Optimised Colour Technology' which provides ultra high-definition across the entire spectrum of light conditions while enhancing colour vividness, increasing contrast, improving depth perception, and reducing eye fatigue. The PXV comes with two lenses, one for sunny conditions and one for cloudier skies.

Following government advice our store is now back OPEN! We are currently delivering goods within the UK only (shutting down our European and Worldwide shipping for the time being).
We offer FREE Standard delivery on all orders (£50 and over), and then the option to upgrade to Express Delivery (1-2 Days) if required.
For shipping we are currently using Parcelforce & Royal Mail and they have both changed their delivery procedure in relation to signing for and receiving items in the UK (please see below)
"In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, we will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture electronic signatures. Our drivers will instead log the first and last name of the person accepting the item, then put 'XP1' in the signature field, and we will record the geolocation of the delivery. This will apply to all deliveries that normally require a signature.
If recipients are unable to come to the door or are self-isolating, we will post a customer contact card in the normal way, advising of other ways the recipient can arrange to get their item. For example, by getting a friend or family member (who is not resident with someone who is self-isolating) to collect the parcel from their local Parcelforce depot or Post Office branch, as specified on the card. They will need to bring along the card we left and a form of ID in the name of the person the item is addressed to. Examples of suitable ID are specified on the card."
All items ordered online with us here at The Snowboard Shop are dispatched within 24 hours (except for orders placed on a Saturday which will be dispatched on the Monday).

We do charge slightly more for deliveries including a Snowboard due to the costs of shipping parcels of this size.
For all purchases totalling over £50 standard delivery is FREE and you'll be given the option to upgrade to Express or Next Day if you'd rather when you checkout.
Items will be sent via the Royal Mail on a 'Signed For' service (Standard Delivery). Express / Next Day deliveries will be sent through Parcelforce. Once the item(s) have been dispatched you will receive a tracking number through Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
We can still ship to you if you UK Non-Mainland (i.e. Northern Ireland). Please call us or email us if you the shipping costs are not clear. (Northern Ireland has it's own shipping drop-down when you check out).
International / European Shipping
If you are not based in the UK but have seen an item(s) on our website that you'd like to purchase then simply add them to your cart and select your Country when you checkout. We use a combination of UPS and Parcelforce for International shipping. [There are some Countries that we don't currently ship too]
Please E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request a returns number BEFORE you return your item as we are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURNS NUMBER.
We expect you to be totally happy with your purchases from The Snowboard Shop. If You buy an item and it is damaged, or doesn't fit then please call us on +44 (0)1252 612223 and we will either return your money or issue a replacement item. You can return your item for a refund or exchange if it is sent back to us within 14 days and in the same condition it was received in (i.e new condition and with the original packaging, labelling and tags attached). Please also include your original receipt.
Returned items that are faulty are entitled to a full reimbursement including postage costs. Items that are returned because they do not fit or are no longer wanted are not entitled to a postage refund.
You have the right to cancel your order up to a maximum of 7 days from the day after you receive your order. Any return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and our original packing and shipping costs to you will be deducted from your refund (typically £6.50).
Items Purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt for a credit note at the Managers discretion.
